Sensei stated YWD "five eternal guidelines" to Ikeda Kayo-kai, June 4, 2009, expressing his great trust and expectation for each young women’s growth.
The guidelines are:
1. Be cheerful suns of happiness
2. Study the world’s foremost life philosophy
3. Live your youth undefeated by anything
4. Engage in dialogue to foster friendship and humanistic ideals
5. Open the gateway to the eternal victory of mentor and disciple
